CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CrossFit

CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program that combines varied functional movements to improve overall strength, endurance, and flexibility. This one-hour group fitness class consists of a warm-up followed by skill or strength training programmed with total body fitness in mind while learning proper safety techniques. Following the strength program is the Workout of the Day (WOD) which is a time-based activity consisting of multiple combinations of exercises that challenge every aspect of your physical fitness capability. Each day will be different, taking you to your limits and transforming you into a well-rounded fit athlete. The CrossFit program offers various modifications and scaled versions of the same movements accessible to all levels of fitness.

CardioFit

CardioFit is an intense group fitness class that boosts your metabolism and increases your heart rate, helping you burn fat, build muscle, and improve your aerobic capacity. The class is an hour-long and aims to develop well-rounded athletes while promoting functional fitness. The workout is split into four stations using equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, and rowing machines. Suitable for all levels of fitness, this program offers various modifications and scaled versions of all movements.

CoreFit

CoreFit is a one-hour group fitness class that provides a full-body workout while taking your core strength to the next level. The class consists of core-building exercises such as planks, sit-ups, and hollow body holds, followed by two high-intensity med-ball routines that are designed to get your heart racing and your muscles burning. With its unique combination of Pilates and CrossFit, CoreFit is suitable for all levels of fitness.

StretchFit

StretchFit is a one-hour class guiding you through a series of mobilization techniques that enhance athletic performance, reduce stiffness, prevent injuries, and overall mobile longevity.  The mobilization techniques are accessible to all levels of fitness and consist of deep tissue massage and stretches improving range of motion and strengthening muscles resulting in full body relaxation.
