Opened since December 2013, Angelino CrossFit, works to bring fitness to all individuals seeking change and those wanting to build a deeper connection with all aspects of healthy living. Our goal is to improve people’s lives’ through group fitness by helping them recognize the value of maintaining a “high quality of life”, focusing on active living, injury prevention, safety, longevity, community, support, friendship, education, and sharing.

Our Story

Angelino Community Fitness opened December 2013. Our goal by creating The Angelino Community Fitness is to improve people’s lives’ through group fitness. Recognizing the value of maintaining a “high quality of life” by focusing on active living, injury prevention, safety, longevity, community, support, friendship, education, and sharing.

CrossFit

An hour-long class comprising a group warm-up followed by skill or strength training programmed in advance with total body fitness in mind.

Cardio WOD

An hour-long class that will fire up your metabolism and significantly boost your endurance and speed for all of your CrossFit workouts.

Circuit X

An hour-long class that will strengthen and condition your entire body using a variety of movements that will build muscle and burn fat.

CrossFit

is a high-intensity fitness program that combines varied functional movements to improve overall strength, endurance, and flexibility.

CARDIOFIT

is an intense group fitness class that boosts your metabolism and increases your heart rate, helping you burn fat, build muscle, and improve your aerobic capacity.

COREFIT

is a one-hour group fitness class that provides a full-body workout while taking your core strength to the next level.

STRETCHFit

is a one-hour class guiding you through a series of mobilization techniques that enhance athletic performance, reduce stiffness, prevent injuries, and overall mobile longevity.
