A. Warm up: 2 rounds

300m Run

10 KB squats with 3 second hold

Then:

10 PVC pass through

PVC rack stretch (30 sec ea side)

B. Skill: CLEAN DAY!

PVC power position drill

PVC knee to power drill

PVC transition drill

3×5 clean deadlift to knee

3×5 power hang clean

3×3 hang clean

3×3 clean

C. Mobility

Clean Deadlift (3×5)

Clean Deadlift to Knee

Hang Power Clean (3×5)

Hang Clean (3×5)

Clean (3×5)
