Take 20-25 minutes to set up, warm up and complete the following. Record sets in Wodify.

16-MIN E4MOM (4×4-Min Rounds)

— 6x Back Squats @ 75% of Max*

— 6x Front Rack Step-Ups (Each Side)**

*Stay at one weight for all 4 rounds.

**Go as heavy as possible with good form use a box height of 20″ or less.
