Take 20-25 minutes to set up, warm up and complete the following.
10-MINUTE E2MOM : (5×2-Minute Rounds)
— 5x Deadlifts @ 70-75% of Max*
— 10x KB Front Rack Alternating Step-Back Lunges (Total)**
*Stay at one weight for all 5 rounds. Record in Wodify.
**GAHAP: Using two KB’s, going as heavy as possible with good form.
