STRENGTH
Take 20-30 minutes to set up, warm up and complete the following.
A. Bench Press : 4 x 5 @ Daily Max (DM) – Start at one weight and increase each set to reach a 5-rep max for the day. Record DM in Wodify. Rest as needed.
B. Bench Press : 2×20 @ 65-75% of max 5-rep from Part A . Rest as needed.
