A. Complete the following complex staying light and increasing each set.

7x (1+1+1+1)

Deadlift + Clean Pull + Hang Power Clean + Front Squat

B. Complete the set of lifts in the following order.

3×3 Clean Pull @ 65%; increasing each set

3×3 (1+1) Power Clean + Hang Clean – Build off of the last lift

C. Clean

5×1 @ 70-75% – 30 seconds between sets

4×1 @ 75-80% – 45 seconds between sets

3×1 @ 80-85% – 60 seconds between sets

Squat Clean

Power Clean

Clean Pull

Hang Clean
