A. SQUAT WEEK 9: Complete the following.

a. Back Squat:

1×5 @ 75%

1×4 @ 85%

1×2 @ 90%

1×2 @ 95%

1×2 @ 100%

B. STRENGTH: With the remaining time, complete the following:

a. Drop to Split + Push Press + Behind Neck Push Jerk

3x(2+2+2); Start @ 40-50%; increase each set

b. Push Jerk + Split Jerk

3x(1+2); Start @ 50-60%; increase each set

Back Squat (1×5 @ 75%)

Back Squat (1×4 @ 85%)

Back Squat (1×2 @ 90%)

Back Squat (1×2 @ 95%)

Back Squat (1×2 @ 100%)

Behind The Neck Push Press

Push Jerk

Split Jerk
