A. SQUAT WEEK 4: Complete the following.

Back Squat:

1×8 @ 75%

1×6 @ 80%

1×6 @ 85%

1×4 @ 90%

B. SKILL: With the remainder of the time, complete the following.

a. Overhead Squats:

3×5 Stay light and focus on form

3×3 Build up to a heavy 3 REP MAX

b. If there is time left, complete 3 rounds of:

15x Behind the Neck Snatch Push-Press (Stay Light)

1-minute Elbow Weighted Plank

SW4: Back Squat (75%)

SW4: Back Squat (80%)

SW4: Back Squat (85%)

SW4: Back Squat (90%)

STR: Overhead Squat (6×3)

STR: Snatch Grip Push Press (3×15)
