B. STRENGTH: With the remainder of the time, complete the following.

Build up to a heavy set of:

1x Power Clean + 1x Push Press + 1x Split Jek

SW3: Back Squat (65%)

SW3: Back Squat (70%)

SW3: Back Squat (80%)

SW3: Back Squat (85%)

STR: 1 Power Clean + 1 Push Press + Split Jerk

Build to a heavy set

STR: Power Clean

STR: Push Press

STR: Split Jerk
