A. SQUAT WEEK 2: Complete the following.

a. Back Squat:

1×10 @ 60%

1×8 @ 65%

1×6 @ 70%

1×6 @ 75%

1×6 @ 80%

b. Finish out with 150x Sit-Ups

B. STRENGTH: With the remainder of the time, complete the following.

a. Clean + Jerk: 5x(3+1); Increase each set.

b. Clean Pull: 5×3 at the weight you left off on the Clean + Jerk (a) plus an additional 20-40lbs.

Back Squat (1×10 @ 60%)

Back Squat (1×8 @ 65%)

Back Squat (1×6 @ 70%)

Back Squat (1×6 @ 75%)

Back Squat (1×6 @ 80%)
