A. STRENGTH: Take 35-minutes to complete the following.

a. Find a 1 REP MAX for the Back Squat.

b. Build up to a 90% for you Clean and Jerk in 7 attempts.

B. CONDITIONING: 9-Minute EMOM

3x Deadlifts @ 85-90%

6x Burpee Over Bar

Back Squat (1 Rep Max)

Clean and Jerk (Build to 90%)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

9-Minute EMOM

3x Deadlifts @ 85-90%
