Power Snatch

A. SKILL: 15-Minutes to build up to a heavy set of the following.

Power Snatch + Hang Snatch + High-Hang Snatch + Overhead Squat

B. STRENGTH: 20-Minutes to complete the following.

a. Build up to a heavy 3RM (Allow 3-failed attempts)

b. With the remainder of the time, complete 3 rounds of the following:

8x DB Clean and Press

8x DB Bent Over Rows

C. CONDITIONING: 1000m Row (5x of 200m Row + 10-second rest)

Hang Snatch

High-Hang Snatch

Overhead Squat

Deadlift (3 Rep Max)
