A. SKILL: Snatch; complete 4 sets of the following complex, increasing weight as you go staying light and focusing on form:

1x Snatch Deadlift to Knee

1x Snatch Pull

1x Power Snatch

1x Overhead Squat

1x Snatch Balance

B. STRENGTH: 20-Minute EMOM

Every 2-Minutes: 2x Snatches, progressive (increase weight as you go)

C. MOBILITY
