A. SKILL:

a. 3×3 Tall Jerks

b. 3×3 Jerk Balance

c. Find 1RM Jerk (Max 3 Fails)

B. STRENGTH:

Build up to a NEW Front Squat Heavy Single (1RM)

Then…Front Squat 5×3 at 90% of NEW 1RM

C. MOBILITY

Front Squat (1RM)

Front Squat (5×3 @ 90%)

Split Jerk (1RM)

Push Jerk (1RM)
