WARM-UP:

50 jumping jacks

10 pass throughs

20 alternating lunges (10 ea leg)

20 OH squats (PVC)

Burgerner/Greasing the groove

SKILL/STRENGTH:

Work through positions – Top to Bottom

-Power position

-Above the knee

-Bottom position

snatch grip deadlift 5×3, start at 50% and go to 110%

snatch balance 5×3 @ 70%, 75%, 75%, 80%, 85%

snatch – work up to a heavy single, go for 1RM if you think you have it

back squat 5×3
