5 kb swing

5 goblet squat

10 pvc pass through

10 ea around the world

Skills: C&J DAY!

5 sets of the following complex:

1 clean pull

1 power clean

1 front squat

1 jerk

then:

15 min EMOM

1 C&J, progressive (increase weight each time)
