Warm up:

5 jumping jacks/1 burpee, 4jj/2b, 3/3, etc until 1/5

Then:

2 rounds: 10 pass through, 5e around the world

Skills:

3×3 tall jerks

3×3 jerk balance

find 1 rm jerk (max 3 fails)

Strength:

front squat heavy single

front squat 5×3 at 90%

Mobility:

1 min ea: eagle arms R/L, puppy pose, dragon R/L
