5 kb swing

5 goblet squat

10 pvc pass through

10 ea around the world

SNATCH DAY!

4 sets of the following complex:

1 snatch DL to knee

1 snatch pull

1 power snatch

1 OH squat

then:

For 20 minutes:

Every 2 min:

2 snatches, progressive (increase weight each time)
