STRENGTH

A. STENGTH/SKILL: Take 25 minutes to complete the following.

5x Deadlifts

5x Floor Press

*Super set both lifts starting each at their 60% of their 1RM. Increase weight each round.

Then, if time permits, complete 3 to 4 rounds of the following.

5x Strict Chin-Ups

25-60 second handstand hold.

Deadlift (5×5)

Floor Press (5×5)

WOD

B. WOD

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 minute AMRAP

12x Box Jumps (Rx 24/20,+30/42)

15x Toes-To-Bar (Rx+) or V-Ups

9x Hang to Overhead (Rx 75/55,+95/75)
