David & Xochilt’s 11th Wedding Anniversary WOD

Metcon (Time)

In teams of two you must complete 4 rounds for time while doing as many burpees as you can. One Athlete will do as many burpees as they can while the other Athlete completes the lifts during each round. Athletes can switch as many time as needed. A 300 meter run is done together at the end of each round. Final score is total time AND total number of burpees completed together.
