2-mins: Push-Ups

2-mins: V-Ups

2-mins: Burpees

B. Deadlifts

Option #1: Find 1, 3, 5 REP MAX

Option #2: 5×3 @ 75% or Above

Option #2: 5×5 @ 75% or Below
