12-Days of Christmas

For Time

— 1x Sumo Deadlift High-Pull (Rx 75/55,+95/65)

— 2x Thrusters

— 3x Push Press

— 4x Power Cleans

— 5x Power Snatches

— 6x Kettlebell Swings (Rx 40-45/26.5,+50-55/35-40)

— 7x Pull-Ups (Rx+ No Assistance)

— 8x Toes-To-Bar (Rx+) or Knee Raises

— 9x Box Jumps (Rx 24/20,+30/24)

— 10x Reverse Burpees

— 11x Burpees

— 12x SB Walking Lunges (Rx 25/20,+30/25)

**Like the song the “12 Days of Christmas,” complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round. Like this: 1, then 2-1, then 3-2-1, then 4-3-2-1, etc. – all the way to 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 – for a total of 364 reps.
