STRENGTH: Take about 25-minutes to complete the following.

A. Push-Ups: Complete as many Push-Ups as you can in 1-MINUTE. Make sure to RECORD IN WODIFY!

B. 4-Minute Tabata (20-seconds ON ** 10-seconds OFF): Opposite Hand to Opposite Foot “V-Ups” (Each Side)

C. Strict Shoulder Press: ** RECORD IN WODIFY! **

— Option #1: Find a 1, 3, or 5-REP MAX

— Option #2: 5×3 @ 75% of 1RM or Above

— Option #3: 5×5 @ 75% of 1RM or Below

WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

6-Rounds:

— 50m Farmers Carry (Rx – 2x Weights)

— 5x Sumo Deadlifts (Rx)

Barbell: Rx 135/95, +155/115, ++185/135 and UP!

STR B: Push-ups (ONE-MINUTE)

STR C: Shoulder Press (SEE ABOVE)
