STRENGTH: Take 20-Minutes to complete as many supersets as you can of the following.
— 10-12x Goblet Side Lunges (Each Side)
— 3 to 5x Negative Pistol Squat (Each Side – Go Slow! – Modify as needed)
— 10 to 30-second Hold @ Bottom of a Pistol (Each Side – Modify as needed)
— 8-10x Single Leg Hip Bridges (Each Side)
** REST 1 to 2-MINUTES **
WOD: For Time
— 10x Floor Presses (Rx 95/65, +115/75)
— 10x Sit Outs
— 10x Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
— 10x Burpee Over Bar
COOKIE: IF you finish the WOD fast and have time left, complete the following as fast as you can.
— 150x AbMat Sit-Ups
