STRENGTH: Take 25-minutes to complete the following.

A. Take 10-Minutes to build up to a 4-REP MAX for the Push-Press.

— Use the racks and do not drop the weights.

— Record in Wodify!

B. With the remainder of the time, complete as many sets as you can of the following:

— 5x Box Front Squats @ 80 to 90% of your Front Squat 1RM.

— Rest 1 to 2-minutes between sets with the option of increasing a little throughout.

— Record in Wodify!

WOD: For Rounds and Reps

14-Minute AMRAP:

— 44x Alternating Lunges (In place without a weight)

— 14x Toes To Bar (Rx+) or Knee Raises

— 4x Hang Squat Cleans (Rx 135/95,+155/115)
