STRENGTH: 20 to 25 minutes to complete the following.

A. Build up to a 3 Rep MAX Rack Pull (Just below Knee hieght)

B. Complete as many Supersets as possible with the remaining time.

— 5x Good Mornings (with Moderate weight)

— 15x Jump squats
