Partner Wod! For Time

A. Each partner musk complete 2 rounds of 400m runs accumulating 1 mile per team.

-One Partner runs at a time.

-Non running partner completes 30x Double unders RX+ or 90x Singles before they start their run when their partner returns

**rest 2 Minutes**

B. 3-Rounds for time

(Divide the work between partners)

20x Burpees

20x Alt Snatchs w/KB or DB (Total)

20x Push Presses w/KB or DBs (total, alternate as needed)

20x Plank to push ups

-Non working partner is doing Jumping jacks
