— 15x Butterfly Sit-Ups

— 20x Russian Twist (Use a plate)

D. Total Reps:

— Walking Lunges (+Run Back)

— Run Backs: Every 50m = 10x Lunges/Points

E. Rounds and Reps:

— 5x Pull-Ups

— 10x Toes-To-Bar/Knee Raises

F. Rounds and Reps:

— 5x Goblet Squat Thrusters

— 10x American Swings
