STRENGTH: Take 20 to 25-minutes to complete the following.
A. 6×4 Bench Presses – Start at 60% and increase each round. Record heaviest set in Wodify!
B. After you complete the Bench Press, complete 4-rounds of the following:
— 25x Anchored Feet KB Sit-Ups (Switch up the weights throughout)
— 15x Anchored Leg Raises (Rx+ Hold a small weight with feet)
— 30-seconds MAX Russian Twist with KB
— Rest 90-seconds
C. With the remainder of time, practice Handstands!
