A. 6-Minute Tabata (20-sec ON ** 10-sec):

— Minute #1-3: Strict Pull-Ups (Most challenging variation)

— Minute #4-6: Push-Ups (Switch up hand positions)

B. With the time left, complete at least 4-ROUNDS of the following.

— 20x Narrow Grip Bench Press (Stay light to medium weight)**

— 50m Farmers Carry (Go heavy!!)
