STRENGTH: Take 25-minutes to complete as many rounds as you can of the following. Rest throughout and record your heaviest lift in Wodify.

A. 6×4 Deadlifts @ 70-75%

— Be explosive with each rep!

— If you increase weight, DO NOT max out!

B. If there is time left, superset the following as many times as you can:

— 1-minute Handstand Practice (Any Variation)

— 10x Overhead Hold Alternating Lunges (Use any weight of your choice)

— 1-minute Hollow Rock Hold

— 10x Front & Side DB Lateral Raises

** REST 1 to 2-minutes
