STRENGTH: Take no more than 20-minutes to complete the following.

A. Complete 32x SETS of the following complex by completing 2, 3, or 4x SETS at a time. Option to increase weight throughout.

— Complex: 2x Hang Power Snatch + 2x Overhead Squats

B. If you finish early and there is time left, practice the full Snatch/Power Snatch from the ground by completing sets of 3, 4, pr 5x REPS at a time.
