STRENGTH: Take about 25-minutes to SUPERSET the following as many times as you can. Once you warm-up to your working weight, start your rounds increasing weight as you go.

— 6x Sumo Deadlifts @ Body Weight and Above ** Record heaviest lift in Wodify!

— SubMAX Ring Dips (Scale as needed)

— 100m Farmers Carry (Use 2x weights ** Go heavy!!)
