STRENGTH: Take about 25-minutes to complete the following.

A. 9-Minute Tabata (20-seconds ON ** 10-seconds OFF)

— Minute #1: V-Ups

— Minute #2: Hollow Body Holds

— Minute #3: Russian Twist (No Weight)

B. 10-15 minutes to complete as many supersets as you can. Increase weight throughout. As you increase weight, decrease reps. Record your heaviest lift in Wodify!

— 5 to 10x Overhead Squats (From the Ground ** No Racks Allowed!)

— Submax Pull-Ups (Go with most challenging variation ** Modify as needed)
