Hey Angelinos.. sorry on being a little late on the announcement, but better late than never right?! So last month’s skill we focused on was the “Turkish Get-Up” … this month we will be focusing on RUNNING! That’s right!! The one thing a lot of you hate… and what better way to get better at something you hate than to do it a lot!! I will also be doing a “Breathing and Bracing Running Workshop” that will tie into this month’s skill…I’ll be sending out an email with some info on that. So pack your running shoes and get ready to get better at running!! WOO!!

STRENGTH: Take 25-minutes to complete the following.

A. Complete 1,000m Run for Time – Do your very best!! We will RE-TEST at the end of the month.

B. With the time left, complete as many sets as you can of the following:

— 5 to 10x Front Squats; weight will determine rep count.

— 5 to 10x Ring Dips; skill level determine rep count. Scale: 10-15x Tricep Box Dips

B. WOD: For Rounds and Reps

10-minute AMRAP:

— 5x Thrusters (Rx 95/65,+115/75)

— 6x Ground to Overhead

— 7x Box Jumps (Rx 24/20,+30/24)

STR A: 1000m Run (Time)

STR B: Front Squat (SEE ABOVE)

WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
