STRENGTH: Take 25-minutes to complete the following.

— EVEN: 30-second MAX Push-Ups (Full Extension at the Top)

B. With the remaining time, complete the following 5-sets of Back Squats. Start light and increase weight on each round. Rest throughout. Don’t forget to record your heaviest lifts in Wodify!
