STRENGTH: Take about 25-minutes to complete the following.

A. 12-Minute EMOM (40s ON .. 20s OFF) ** Use a DB or KB

— Minute 1: Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts (right)

— Minute 2: Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts (left)

— Minute 3: Bulgarian Split Squats (right)

— Minute 4: Bulgarian Split Squats (left)

B. Complete at least 3-Rounds of the following:

— 8-12x Side Plank and Twist (ea)

— 10-15x Leg Raises (various kinds — challenge yourselves!)

— 30x Weighted Russian Twists (total — use any weight of choice)

WOD: For Rounds and Reps ** SEE BELOW **

WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

14-Minute AMRAP:

— 200m Run

— 10x Burpee Over Bar

— 5x Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

Barbell: Rx 95/65, +115/75, ++135/85
