STRENGTH: Take 25-minutes to complete as many sets as you can of the following two movements.

— 5x Power Cleans (Adv. Squat Clean) @ 70-75% – If you increase in weight throughout, decrease in reps, ask coach for example.

— 5x Box Jumps – Focus on VERTICAL jump; increase height throughout.

— 50m Run

— 5x Wall Balls (Rx 20-25/14-16)

— 5x Wall Ball Sit-Ups

— 5x Bent Over Rows (Rx 95/65,+135/85)

— 1x Burpee Over Bar
