27x Russian Twist (Rx 20/+25)

27x Supermans

27x Bicycles

27x Sandbell Sit-Ups (Rx 20/+25)

9-Minutes:

(Repeat the first set of moves)

*9x Burpees at the end of every 9 minutes.
