With a Partner, Complete the following for time. (Split the reps however you like. Teams must complete the current exercise in order to move on to the next one):

500m Run
Then immediately start:

25x Wall Balls (Rx 20/14)
25x No Push-Up Burpee
25x Wall Ball Sit-Ups (Rx 20/14)
