STRENGTH: Take about 25 minutes to complete the following.

A. 6-Minute Tabata (20-seconds ON .. 10-seconds OFF)

— Minute #1: Push-Ups (Any variation)

— Minute #2: Weighted V-Ups (Any weight of choice .. Hands or Feet)

B. Complete at least 3-rounds:

— 15x Bench Press (Record in Wodify!)

— 10x Romanian Deadlifts (Go Heavy! .. Use 2x KB or DB)

— 5x Strict Pull/Chin-Ups (Scale: 10x Ring Rows)
