STRENGTH: Allow 25-minutes to complete the following.

A. “Death By Turkish-Ups”: 10-minute MAX

— Start with 1x Turkish-Up on either side and increase by 1-REP every minute on the minute.

— Must use any weight of your choice. **Try something you haven’t tried before.

B. With the time left, complete as many sets as you can of the following (Record Heaviest Set of Deadlifts Lifted in Wodify)

— 5x Deadlifts @ 70-75%

— After your last Deadlift, Shrug as many time as you can before setting the bar down.

— 10x Ring Dips (Scale: 10x Close Grip/Diamond Push-Ups)

WOD: For Rounds and Reps

15-minute AMRAP:

— 100m Run (15 Points Per Run)

— 15x Pull-Ups (Rx+ No Assistance – Kipping Aloud)

— 100m Run

— 15x Russian KB Swings (Rx 40-45/26.7,+50-55/35)

— 100m Run

— 15x KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull
