STRENGTH: Take 25 to 30 minutes to complete the following.

A. Front Squats: Start at 50% and increase weight on each round. The last 3-sets of 5-reps should be your working (heaviest) sets. Rest throughout and don’t forget to record your heaviest lifts in Wodify!

— 15, 10, 5, 5, 5x

B. Super Set the following as many times as you can with the time left:

— 5x Sumo Deadlift High Pulls – Use a challenging weight

— 10x Strict Toes-To-Bar

— 15x Army Sit-Ups – Anchored feet allowed
