STRENGTH: 20-minutes to complete the following.

Front Rack Barbell Lunges: 6-Rounds; start light and increase weight each round. Record your heaviest set in Wodify.

— 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5x (Each Side)

** End each round with the following:

— 2x Turkish Get-Ups (Each Side – Use any weight)

— 50m Overhead Weight Carry (Go as heavy as possible)

WOD: For Time (3-Rounds)

15-12-9x of:

— American KBS (Rx 40-45/12kg-30,+50-55/35-40)

— Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

— V-Ups

**Start each round with a 400m Run

STR: Front Rack Lunge (RECORD HEAVIEST LIFT)
