CROSSFIT

STRENGTH: 25 minutes to complete the following.

A. Deadlifts: Start @ 40-50% of 1RM and increase each round. Record heaviest set of 8x in Wodify! End each set with 15x Push-Ups.

— 15, 12, 10, 8, 8, 8x

B. Bulgarian Split Squat + Single Leg Romanian Deadlift Superset: Complete 3 to 4-rounds of the following with the time left. Use a weight of your choice.

— 6-8x Bulgarian Split Squats (Each Side)

— 6-8x Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts

WOD: For Time

2-Rounds:

— 800m Run

— 15x Thrusters (Rx 95/65,+115/75)

— 30x Box Jumps (Rx 24/20,+30/24)
