STRENGTH: Take 20-minutes to complete the following.

A. 6-minute EMOM: Turkish Get-Ups – NO WEIGHT!

— ODD MINS: Right Side

— EVEN MINS: Left Side

— 40-seconds ON & 20-seconds OFF

B. With the time left, complete as many sets as you can of following complex. Option: Increase weight throughout.

— 1x Power Clean

— 1x Shoulder To Overhead

— 1x Lunge (Each Side)

** Lunge Options:

— Front or Back Rack

— Front or Back Step

WOD: For Time

— 15x Squat Cleans (Rx 115/75,+155/95)

** REST 120-SECONDS **

— 20x Burpee Over Bar

** REST 90-SECONDS **

— 35x V-Ups

** REST 60-SECONDS **

— 40x Weighted Walking Lunges (Rx 40-45/25-30,+50-55/35-40)

** REST 30-SECONDS **

— 500m Run
