STRENGTH: Take 25-minutes or less to complete the following. On both complexes, start light and increase weight throughout. Focus on form/technique over weight.

A. Complex #1: 10-minutes

— 1x Deadlift

— 1x Clean Pull

— 1x Clean High Pull

B. Complex #2: 10-minutes

— 1x Power Clean

— 1x Hang Power Clean

— 1x Hang Squat Clean

WOD: For Total Reps

13-minute AMRAP:

— 60x Bear Crawl Steps

— 50x Hand Release Push-Ups

— 40x American KB Swings (Rx 40-45/12kg,+50-55/35)

— 30x Wall Balls (Rx 20-25/14-16)

— 20x Box Jumps (Rx 24/20,+30/24)

**With the remainder of time, complete as many:

— Handstand Push-Ups (Rx+)

— Burpees

WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
