STRENGTH: Take 20 to 25-minutes or less to complete the following. As a group, rest 1 to 3 minutes between AMRAPS to review skills and setup. Record in WODIFY!

A. END OF THE MONTH RE-TEST! 5-Minute AMRAP: MAX Toes-To-Bar (Scale: any other leg/knee raise variation)

B. SKILL OF THE MONTH! 5-Minute AMRAP: MAX Turkish Get-Ups. **For the month of September, we will focus on the “Turkish Get-Up”, developing single-sided strength, balance, and skill. Pick one weight to use that you will re-use at the end of the month for the RE-TEST.

C. With the remainder of time, complete as many rounds as you can.

— 50m Walking Lunges (Count the total number of Lunges and record in Wodify!)

— 50m Sprint

— REST 60-seconds

4-Rounds:

— 10x Burpee Over Bar

— 15x Thrusters (Rx 95/65,+115/75)

— 20x Butterfly Sit-Ups
