STRENGTH: Take 30-minutes or less to complete the following.

A. Superset the following two movements as many times as you can in 12-minutes:

— 10x Bench Press @ 65-75%

— 5x Strict Pull-Ups

B. Superset the following two movements as many times as you can with the time left: GO LIGHT!!

— 1x Snatch Deadlift

— 1x Hang Power Snatch

— 1x Overhead Squat

WOD: For Rounds and Reps

11-minute AMRAP: 2,4,6,8,10,12,14.. keep increasing reps by two.

— Power Cleans (Rx 115/75,+135/95)

— Front Squats

WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
